Iowa State crowned Miss newest in the country and it has only one hand. Nicole Kelly was announced winner of Saturday in Davenport. She will compete for Miss America in September. 23-year-old is expected that during the Miss America competition for bringing to the attention of overcoming disabilities. "I learned to compensate the astonished looks I get from people to cope with the force of personality that never says 'no'," Kelly writes in her biography. "It means that I have tried everything, baseball, dancing, diving, there is nothing that will not try." She graduated in May of 2012 for the theater.
